Payment Methods & Timing

  • Credit Card: Billed according to your credit card company's schedule.
  • Google Pay/Apple Pay: Billed according to your registered credit card company’s schedule.

Product Delivery

  • Products will be shipped within 7 business days after confirming payment.
  • For pre-sale (presale) items, shipping will occur within 3 business days after production is completed.
  • If a pre-sale item and a regular item are ordered together, the shipment will be made when the pre-sale item arrives.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via email in advance.

Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product’s tag has been removed.
  • Minor paint chipping on some decorative parts.
  • More than one week has passed since the product arrived.
  • The product's tag is lost.
  • The product has been used even once.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Limited edition items (products with a particularly short sales period).
  • Products damaged or soiled due to customer negligence (including packaging and accessories).
  • Sale items.
  • Returns due to customer reasons (e.g., different from expectations, wrong size, wrong order).
  • Products showing clear signs of use (e.g., perfume or cigarette smell, makeup stains, damage, or dirt).

Please note:

  • We do NOT accept returns due to personal reasons such as "not as expected" or "wrong size."
  • Customer-initiated cancellations are not allowed.

Return Period: 7 days from product arrival.
