Returns for Personal Reasons

  • Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size) are not accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing.

Refunds for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product by sending an email with attached photos of the defect.
  2. Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund—a return is not required.
  3. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us again.

Important Email Settings

  • To ensure you receive our emails, allow emails from: support@millminority.com
  • Some email providers (especially Hotmail) or antivirus software may mark our emails as spam. If you do not receive a reply, check your spam/junk folder or adjust your settings.

Defective Products NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Products reported more than 7 days after arrival.
  • Used products.
  • If the order recipient and the purchaser are different, except for defective items.

Refund Request Procedure

  1. Send an email within 7 days of receiving the product with the following details:

    • Full Name
    • Home Address
    • Email Address
    • Product Name & Number
    • Defect Details (attach photos for damage)
    • Order Number (found in your order confirmation email)
  2. Once your email is confirmed, we will guide you through the refund process.
