Returns for Personal Reasons
- Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size) are not accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing.
Refunds for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below:
- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product by sending an email with attached photos of the defect.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund—a return is not required.
- If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us again.
Important Email Settings
- To ensure you receive our emails, allow emails from: support@millminority.com
- Some email providers (especially Hotmail) or antivirus software may mark our emails as spam. If you do not receive a reply, check your spam/junk folder or adjust your settings.
Defective Products NOT Eligible for Refund
- Products reported more than 7 days after arrival.
- Used products.
- If the order recipient and the purchaser are different, except for defective items.

- Email Address
- Product Name & Number
- Defect Details (attach photos for damage)
- Order Number (found in your order confirmation email)
